Our Cajun Deep Fried Turkey is in heavy demand during the Holidays especially Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter. To give that southern Cajun flavor, we inject the turkeys with Tony Chacheres Creole Style Butter Marinade mixed with Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasoning and a tablespoon or so of Tabasco Sauce to bring out that juicy Cajun flavor.
We then generously apply a dry rub using Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasoning. After marinating overnight, we deep fry each turkey in healthy canola oil. This Cajun cookin’ process seals in the juicy spices and it ‘gar-an-tees’ that your turkey will be…the most moist and tender turkey you ever put in your mouth.
