On Thursday February 04, 2010, the local television station came to my home for an interview and a cooking demonstration. The news producers wanted a TV segment on how to prepare a healthy snack for the upcoming SuperBowl. This was the first time that Jeri’s Catering Services was featured on a television news broadcast. I was so excited!!
I chose to prepare Lettuce Wrap as the featured recipe. This is a quick and easy to prepare healthy snack.
